What is Ask Flow?
Ask Flow is workspace AI built into FlowForce. Open it from the dashboard to search leads, deals, and tasks, or on any lead for full context. It can suggest actions like drafting email or creating tasks. You always confirm before anything is saved or sent.
What are AI Agents?
AI Agents are automated follow-up built into FlowForce. The follow-up agent watches replies, meetings, calls, and stalled deals on your assigned leads, then proposes the next touch. Email and SMS sends wait in your personal approval queue. Call and prep tasks can land in the CRM automatically. Included on Pro and billed from your usage wallet.
What is Meeting Assistant?
Joins Zoom and similar calls, transcribes, and writes AI summaries on the lead timeline. Meeting hours use your Pro usage wallet.
Is FlowForce really a full CRM?
Yes. FlowForce ships with leads, deals, contacts, pipelines, tasks, custom fields, an activity timeline, and reports. It also includes the things most CRMs charge extra for: cadences, drip campaigns, a dialer, AI enrichment, Ask Flow, and AI Agents for automated follow-up.
What's included in usage?
A CAD wallet per seat for metered actions (voice, SMS, AI, email tools). Free: CA$5/mo. Pro: CA$25/mo per seat, or CA$300/seat upfront on annual. CRM and dialer are included. Top up or auto-recharge anytime. No rollover.
Does it work for real estate agents?
Yes. We ship real-estate-specific templates, an open-house QR form builder, and listing/showing workflows. Pipelines and templates auto-adjust based on the industry you pick.
Can I bring my own email and phone number?
Yes. Connect Gmail or Outlook via OAuth on Pro and above. For voice, provision team numbers in Phone & SMS or verify your own caller ID for outbound and Power Dial. Enterprise teams can discuss custom carrier options.
Does FlowForce support inbound calls and SMS?
Yes on Pro. Phone & SMS includes inbound voice when you are available, missed-call and voicemail email alerts, and two-way SMS on the lead timeline. Outbound uses the same numbers as Power Dial and cadences.
What is verified caller ID?
Reps can verify a personal mobile or desk line to place outbound calls and Power Dial sessions from that number, alongside tenant-owned team lines. Admins can also manage team verified caller IDs.
How is the AI different from ChatGPT?
FlowForce AI is grounded in your CRM data: every email, call, meeting, deal stage, and note tied to a lead. It can also take real actions like drafting an email, booking a meeting, or moving a deal between stages. ChatGPT can only talk. FlowForce AI can talk and do.
Can I migrate from another CRM?
Yes. Import from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or CSV. Our migration team handles field mapping and historical activity for free on Pro and above.
Is FlowForce compliant with PIPEDA and CASL?
We are a Toronto-based company and follow PIPEDA-aligned privacy practices. For CASL, your organization must have consent (or another lawful basis) before sending commercial email or SMS—we provide opt-out handling, do-not-call flags, content screening, and smart-stop on reply.
