Connect Zoom
- Integrations → Zoom — /dashboard/integrations/zoom
- Complete OAuth to link your Zoom account
- Optional: set Zoom as default under Settings → Meetings
Where you use Zoom
- Lead or contact — schedule activity with Zoom as video provider
- Schedule — create meeting and pick Zoom
- Public booking — set Zoom primary under Settings → Meetings (needs calendar for slots)
- Meeting Assistant — Notetaker can auto-join Zoom links
Calendar holds
With Google or Outlook connected, Flowforce adds a calendar event with the same Zoom join link. Zoom works without calendar — CRM meeting still gets a link.
Disconnect
- Disconnect from Zoom integration page
- Warning shown if upcoming Zoom meetings hosted in Flowforce exist
Common issues
- Scheduling failed — Free Zoom plan limits; upgrade at zoom.us or pick another provider
- Wrong Zoom account — disconnect and reconnect
