Teams, logs, and trash

Tenant admin tools — organize teams, diagnose delivery logs, and recover deleted records.

Before you begin

  • Admin section in the sidebar — Teams, Logs, Trash
  • Requires tenant admin or custom role with teams.view / logs.view
  • Super admins use the platform console for cross-tenant logs

Teams and members

  • Admin → Teams — /dashboard/teams (Users tab)
  • Invite, suspend, and assign roles — see /docs/account-and-team/manage-membership/
  • Teams tab — /dashboard/teams/manage to create teams and assign reps
  • Teams group reporting; record ownership is set per lead or deal

Logs hub

  • Admin → Logs — /dashboard/logs (opens Email logs)
  • Email logs — queue and delivery status for outbound mail
  • SMS logs — delivery and failures for texting
  • Audit logs — user and system actions (/dashboard/logs/audit)
  • Live refresh and export on supported log views

When to use logs

  • Cadence or campaign email stuck — check email queue and delivery
  • SMS not delivered — SMS logs and lead opt-out status
  • Who changed a record — audit log filter by user or action
  • Email monitoring dashboard — /dashboard/settings/email-monitoring for queue health

Trash

  • Admin → Trash — /dashboard/trash
  • Soft-deleted leads, deals, listings, tasks, services, cadences, and forms
  • Restore selected items or purge permanently
  • Retention settings — auto-purge after 30–365 days (default 180)

Restore vs purge

  • Restore — returns record to active workspace lists
  • Purge selected — permanent delete for chosen rows
  • Empty category / empty all — bulk purge with confirmation

Common issues

  • Cannot see Admin section — need admin role or explicit permissions
  • Logs empty — confirm date filter and correct log tab
  • Record missing after delete — check Trash before assuming data loss
  • Cannot restore — item may have been purged past retention
