Confirmed actions
When Flow proposes a write (task, note, email draft, stage change), you see an in-thread confirmation card. Approve or dismiss before anything persists.
Common actions
- Create task with due date and assignee
- Log call or meeting note on timeline
- Draft email — opens in compose; you send manually
- Enroll in cadence when eligible
Approval policy
- No autonomous outbound email or SMS from Ask Flow in v1
- Managers may restrict stage changes for new reps via roles
- High-risk segments — keep human review on all AI drafts
Common issues
- Action missing — role may lack permission for that tool
- Draft not sending — Ask Flow drafts only; you send from Inbox
- Duplicate task — dismiss card if you already completed manually
