Before you begin

  • Calendar connection is required for the setup guide
  • Personal mailbox OAuth requires Pro (or workspace policy allowing it)
  • Use a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin account if your IT restricts OAuth apps

Connect calendar

  • 1. Open Integrations (/dashboard/integrations)
  • 2. Choose Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Calendly
  • 3. Complete OAuth and pick calendars to sync
  • 4. Open Schedule and confirm events appear

Connect email

  • 1. Integrations → Email Integration (/dashboard/integrations/email)
  • 2. Add Gmail, Microsoft 365, or IMAP mailbox
  • 3. Wait for initial sync — open Inbox (/dashboard/inbox)
  • 4. Send an internal test; confirm it appears on a lead timeline when linked

Optional integrations

  • Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for meeting links
  • Calendly for external booking
  • Phone & SMS and Meta Lead Ads — see Integrations hub

Common issues

  • OAuth access denied — IT must allow the Flowforce app; try incognito to rule out wrong Google account
  • Mail not syncing — reconnect mailbox; check Inbox filters
  • Calendar empty — confirm the correct calendar is selected in integration settings
