Before you begin

You need access to Contacts or Leads in the sidebar. Real estate workspaces use Contacts. Other industries use Leads. Restricted reps may only see records they own.

Contact or lead detail

  • Timeline — emails, calls, notes, form submissions, cadence steps
  • Actions — compose email, SMS, log call, enroll cadence, ask Flow scoped to this record
  • Board view — /dashboard/leads/board for kanban by stage

Other ways contacts or leads arrive

  • Public Forms (/f/…) submissions
  • Meta Lead Ads, browser companion, CSV import
  • Inbox capture and manual create from Schedule booking

What you should see

The saved record should appear in Contacts or Leads, open to a detail page, and show a timeline where future emails, calls, notes, form submissions, and cadence steps will be recorded.

Common issues

  • Duplicate warning — review merge suggestion instead of creating a second record
  • Cannot edit — you may not own the record; ask admin to reassign
  • Missing from list — check filters and smart queues on the Contacts or Leads page
