Your first lead

Add a prospect manually, see the timeline, and know the other ways leads enter Flowforce.

Before you begin

You need access to Leads in the sidebar. Restricted reps may only see leads they own.

Add a lead manually

  • 1. Leads → Add Lead (/dashboard/leads/new)
  • 2. Enter name, email or phone, and source
  • 3. Set stage and assignee if your admin requires it
  • 4. Save — open the lead row to view detail

Lead detail

  • Timeline — emails, calls, notes, form submissions, cadence steps
  • Actions — compose email, SMS, log call, enroll cadence, ask Flow scoped to this lead
  • Board view — /dashboard/leads/board for kanban by stage

Other ways leads arrive

  • Public Forms (/f/…) submissions
  • Meta Lead Ads, browser companion, CSV import
  • Inbox capture and manual create from Schedule booking

Common issues

  • Duplicate warning — review merge suggestion instead of creating a second record
  • Cannot edit — you may not own the lead; ask admin to reassign
  • Missing from list — check filters and smart queues on the Leads page
