Set up your company workspace, industry, timezone, and base preferences in under five minutes.

Before you begin

Sign up with your work email. Use your legal company name so invoices and security workflows stay consistent.

If you are replacing another CRM, keep one admin from your current system available while you map fields.

Pro tip

Create a sandbox workspace first if you are migrating. Validate field mapping before touching production data.

First login

Confirm company name and workspace slug
Choose industry — controls Forms templates, Listings visibility, and setup guide steps
Set business timezone and first day of week
Upload logo and default sender display name (Settings → Company)

Suggested naming

Workspace: Northwind Sales
Default sender: Jane @ Northwind
Timezone: America/Toronto

Default behaviors

Define default contact or lead owner (round-robin or fixed assignee where configured)
Review notification defaults under Settings
Invite at least one backup admin before go-live

What you should see

Your workspace should have the correct name, industry, timezone, and at least one admin who can manage settings if you are unavailable.

Common issues

Wrong industry — contact an admin; changing industry may affect templates and Listings
Timezone off — fix in Settings → Company so meetings and cadence sends align
