Core records

  • Contact — the person record label used in real estate workspaces; has timeline, owner, stage, and activities
  • Lead — the person or prospect record label used in non-real-estate workspaces; has timeline, owner, stage, and activities
  • Deal — opportunity with amount and stage toward close
  • Listing — property record (real estate workspaces only)

Outreach

  • Cadence — multi-step sequence (email, SMS, call, LinkedIn) run on a contact or lead
  • Cadence template — blueprint at Cadences → Templates
  • Cadence instance — active run of a template on one contact or lead
  • Campaign — broadcast-style send (distinct from per-record cadences)

Workspace

  • Assignee / owner — user responsible for follow-up on a contact or lead
  • Schedule — sidebar name for calendar, meetings, and tasks (/dashboard/calendar)
  • Integrations — connect email, calendar, phone, Meta, and more
  • Credits — metered usage for enrich, verify, SMS, voice, and AI features
  • Merge — combine duplicate contacts or leads while keeping timeline history

Capture

  • Form — public contact or lead capture at opaque URL /f/…; name is for CRM source only
  • onLeadIngest — shared automation on new contacts or leads: assign, cadence, enrich, notify
