Transaction types
- Deal — commission earned on closed deals
- Payout — payment runs to reps
- Filter by type, status, date range, team, or user (admins)
Statuses
- Pending — awaiting approval or payout
- Paid / Processed — completed
- Cancelled / Failed — review details on the row
Admin actions
- Create payout — bundle pending commissions into a payout run
- Suggested payouts — AI-assisted grouping when enabled
- Filter by rep or team before running payroll
What happens next
- Click a row for commission or payout detail
- Reps see their own transactions; admins see workspace-wide
Common issues
- Missing commission — confirm deal closed won and commission rules on the deal
- Cannot create payout — admin role and pending commission balance required
- Wrong totals — check date range and status filters
