KPIs, trends, exceptions, leaderboard, and sales targets for reps, teams, and admins.

Open Performance

  • Sidebar → Performance — /dashboard/performance
  • Overview tab — primary KPI cards, trends, and exceptions
  • Leaderboard tab — rankings by activity and results

Before you begin

  • KPIs need configured targets to show progress (admins set targets)
  • Reporting features may require Pro plan for full team views

Filter by scope

  • Period — last 7/30/90 days, quarter, or custom range
  • Admins — filter by rep or team; reps see own metrics by default
  • Company-wide view when no user or team selected (admins)

Primary KPIs

  • Revenue, deals closed, calls, emails, pipeline value
  • Meetings, SMS sent, lead → deal conversion
  • Click a card to jump to the underlying workspace (Deals, Calls, Inbox, etc.)
  • At-risk and over-achievement badges highlight exceptions

Manage targets (admins)

  • Performance → Manage Targets — /dashboard/performance/targets
  • Set monthly, quarterly, or annual targets per rep or team
  • Target types align with KPI cards on the Overview tab

Leaderboard

  • Performance → Leaderboard tab (or /dashboard/performance?tab=leaderboard)
  • Legacy /dashboard/leaderboard redirects here

Common issues

  • No KPI data — add activities (calls, emails, deals) or configure targets
  • Empty leaderboard — confirm date range and team membership
  • Cannot see team filter — admin or manager role required
