What it unlocks

The browser companion helps reps work alongside Flowforce from supported websites. Use it to capture context, open the side panel, and send information back to the CRM when available.

Install and connect

  • Open Integrations, then Browser companion
  • Install the extension from the approved store or company link
  • Sign in with the same Flowforce workspace
  • Open the side panel on a supported page
  • Capture or review the suggested record data

Common issues

  • Extension disconnected — sign in again from the integration page
  • Capture empty — the current website may not be supported
  • Wrong workspace — switch workspace in Flowforce before reconnecting
