Before you begin
- Pro required to connect your own mailbox (Free uses default sending)
- Admin or rep can connect personal mail depending on workspace policy
Connect email
- Integrations → Email Integration
- /dashboard/integrations/email (redirects to /dashboard/integration/email)
- Choose Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or IMAP
- Complete OAuth and wait for initial sync
What happens next
- Open Inbox (/dashboard/inbox) — threads appear after sync
- Compose and reply from Flowforce; messages log to lead timeline
- Set signature from compose or user settings when permitted
Common issues
- Inbox empty — confirm sync finished; check correct mailbox connected
- Send fails — verify OAuth not expired; reconnect on integration page
- Cannot connect on Free — upgrade to Pro at /dashboard/upgrade
