Connect Google Calendar
- Integrations → Google Calendar — /dashboard/integrations/google-calendar
- Click Connect with Google and approve calendar scopes
- Events appear on Schedule (/dashboard/calendar)
What syncs
- Inbound events when attendee emails match existing leads
- Outbound meetings created from Flowforce write back to Google
- Google Meet uses the same Google account — see Google Meet article
Common issues
- Events missing — attendee may not match a lead email yet
- Wrong calendar — disconnect and reconnect choosing the correct account
- Token expired — reconnect from the integration page
