- Or drag a deal card on board view
- Add next step or note when moving stages
- Choose closed won or closed lost only when outcome is final
What you should see
The deal stage should update across table, board, detail, and reports. Closed deals should stop appearing in active deal queues.
Common issues
- Cannot move — missing permission or required fields
- Stage missing — check deal stage settings
- Forecast wrong — review stale close dates and stage definitions
