Cadence email blocked

Email cadence step did not send — blocked or skipped.

Symptom

  • Email step skipped or failed on cadence timeline
  • No outbound message in lead email history

Common causes

  • NO_EMAIL on lead record
  • DO_NOT_EMAIL or OUTBOUND_SUPPRESSED (bounce/complaint)
  • NOT_VERIFIED or NOT_DELIVERABLE email status
  • Workspace credits exhausted

Fix

  • Add or correct email on lead
  • Run email verification from lead detail (uses credits)
  • Clear do-not-email only when compliant
  • Check Billing for credit balance — /docs/troubleshooting/credits-exhausted/
