Symptom
- Email step skipped or failed on cadence timeline
- No outbound message in lead email history
Common causes
- NO_EMAIL on lead record
- DO_NOT_EMAIL or OUTBOUND_SUPPRESSED (bounce/complaint)
- NOT_VERIFIED or NOT_DELIVERABLE email status
- Workspace credits exhausted
Fix
- Add or correct email on lead
- Run email verification from lead detail (uses credits)
- Clear do-not-email only when compliant
- Check Billing for credit balance — /docs/troubleshooting/credits-exhausted/
