Symptom

  • Banner on Billing: credits running low or usage blocked
  • Enrich, verify, SMS, or AI chat returns insufficient credits

Common causes

  • Period credit pool used up (Free $5 or Pro per-seat allocation)
  • Heavy enrichment, dialer, or SMS volume
  • Auto-recharge disabled or failed payment

Fix

  • Billing (/dashboard/billing) — review usage and period
  • Add credits or upgrade plan — /dashboard/upgrade
  • Enable auto-recharge (billing admins)
  • Pause high-credit automations until balance refreshes
