Common causes
- Period credit pool used up (Free $5 or Pro per-seat allocation)
- Heavy enrichment, dialer, or SMS volume
- Auto-recharge disabled or failed payment
Fix
- Billing (/dashboard/billing) — review usage and period
- Add credits or upgrade plan — /dashboard/upgrade
- Enable auto-recharge (billing admins)
- Pause high-credit automations until balance refreshes
