Calendar not syncing

Schedule empty or meetings missing from Google/Outlook.

Symptom

  • Schedule (/dashboard/calendar) missing expected events
  • New external meetings don't appear

Common causes

  • Calendar not connected under Integrations
  • OAuth token expired
  • Wrong Google or Microsoft account linked
  • Attendee email doesn't match any lead (inbound sync)
  • Looking on Dashboard instead of Integrations

Fix

  • Integrations → Google Calendar or Outlook calendar — reconnect
  • Disconnect and reconnect with correct account
  • Open Schedule after successful connect; wait for sync
  • Create test event with lead email as attendee
