Symptom
- Cannot add second user on Free plan
- Invite email never arrives or shows error
Common causes
- Free plan is 1 seat only — upgrade required
- Not a workspace admin
- Email typo or corporate spam filter
- Seat billing not configured on Pro
Fix
- Upgrade to Pro — /dashboard/upgrade
- Admin → Teams → invite with work email
- Resend invite; check spam folder
- Confirm Stripe billing active for additional seats
