Cannot accept invite

Fix expired invite, wrong email, role, and login-required invite problems.

Invite checks

  • Open the latest invite email
  • Use the exact invited email address
  • Ask an admin to resend expired invites
  • Sign out of other accounts before accepting

Admin fixes

  • Resend the invite
  • Confirm the seat limit
  • Check role assignment
  • Remove and reinvite if the wrong email was used
