- Form submission succeeds but lead has no active cadence
- Ingest note mentions cadence skip
Common causes
- No cadence template selected in form automations
- Assignee lacks permission to receive cadence
- Lead failed validation (missing email/phone for first step)
- Free plan cadence cap (100 active) reached
Fix
- Forms → form → Automations — pick cadence template and assignee
- Open lead timeline — read ingest note for skip reason
- Manually enroll from lead → Cadences if automation missed
- Upgrade or pause old cadences if at Free cap
