Dialer not working

Cannot place calls or power dialer session won't start.

Symptom

  • Dialer shows unavailable or calls fail immediately
  • Power dialer greyed out or session won't start

Common causes

  • Phone & SMS not connected at tenant level
  • No line assigned to your user
  • Power dialer requires Pro plan
  • Browser microphone permission denied
  • Credits exhausted

Fix

  • Admin: Integrations → Phone & SMS — connect and assign numbers
  • Rep: confirm assigned line on integration detail
  • Upgrade to Pro for power dialer — /dashboard/upgrade
  • Allow mic in browser; use Chrome or Edge
  • Check Billing for credits
