Symptom
- Dialer shows unavailable or calls fail immediately
- Power dialer greyed out or session won't start
Common causes
- Phone & SMS not connected at tenant level
- No line assigned to your user
- Power dialer requires Pro plan
- Browser microphone permission denied
- Credits exhausted
Fix
- Admin: Integrations → Phone & SMS — connect and assign numbers
- Rep: confirm assigned line on integration detail
- Upgrade to Pro for power dialer — /dashboard/upgrade
- Allow mic in browser; use Chrome or Edge
- Check Billing for credits
