- Search **Calls** or go to /dashboard/calls
- Also reachable from Dialer → Call history
- Queues: all, outgoing, incoming, voicemail, missed, today
What is logged
- Outbound and inbound calls from Dialer and softphone
- Duration, outcome, and linked lead
- Recording and AI summary when enabled (uses credits)
