Open call history

  • Search **Calls** or go to /dashboard/calls
  • Also reachable from Dialer → Call history
  • Queues: all, outgoing, incoming, voicemail, missed, today

What is logged

  • Outbound and inbound calls from Dialer and softphone
  • Duration, outcome, and linked lead
  • Recording and AI summary when enabled (uses credits)

Open a call row for playback, transcript, and summary. Export transcript from the activity when needed for coaching or compliance.
