- Or search **Messages** (redirects to unified Inbox)
- Legacy path /dashboard/sms-inbox redirects to Inbox SMS channel
Queues
- All — every thread
- Awaiting reply — inbound last
- Unlinked — not tied to a lead yet
Common issues
- Cannot send — number on STOP or do-not-contact list
- Empty inbox — confirm line assignment under Phone & SMS
