Open SMS messages

  • Open Inbox, then choose the SMS or Messages channel.
  • Use filters for unread, awaiting reply, mine, team, or unlinked threads.
  • Open a thread to read, reply, and link the conversation to the right record.

Reply from a thread

  • Confirm the recipient and linked record.
  • Check opt-out or do-not-contact warnings.
  • Write the reply and send from the assigned number.
  • Review the timeline after sending.

Unlinked threads

Unlinked threads should be connected to the correct contact or lead so future replies, tasks, and AI summaries have context.
