Create the broadcast

  • Open Bulk SMS or Campaigns -> SMS.
  • Choose the sending number.
  • Select a segment or filters.
  • Write the message.
  • Review estimated recipients, credits, and exclusions.

After sending

  • Review queued, sent, delivered, failed, and opted-out counts.
  • Handle replies from Inbox.
  • Update records that requested no further contact.
