- Phone & SMS connected with outbound SMS number
- Recipients must have valid mobile numbers and marketing consent where required
- Campaigns hub also lists SMS under /dashboard/campaigns
Create a broadcast
- Bulk SMS (/dashboard/sms) or Campaigns → SMS
- New campaign → pick from number, message body, recipients
- Schedule now or later; max 500 recipients per send in UI
vs Messages inbox
- Bulk SMS — one-way broadcast to a segment
- Inbox Messages — two-way threads with replies
- Cadences — per-lead automated sequences
Common issues
- Send blocked — carrier or consent rules; see SMS opt-out article
- Failed recipients — verify phone on each lead
