Quick start checklist (~30 minutes)

Mirror the in-app setup guide: connect tools, add a lead, schedule, message, and task.

Before you begin

The floating setup checklist on Dashboard tracks the same steps below. Admins complete required steps; optional steps depend on your plan and industry.

  • Free plan: 1 seat, limited credits, no personal mailbox connect
  • Pro: connect your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox
  • Real estate: Listings and Meta Lead Ads appear after industry onboarding

Setup steps

  • 1. Choose industry on first login — affects Forms templates and Listings visibility
  • 2. Connect calendar — Integrations → Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly (required)
  • 3. Connect email — Integrations → Email Integration (optional; Pro for your mailbox)
  • 4. Set up phone & SMS — Integrations → Phone & SMS (optional; hidden for healthcare/legal)
  • 4b. Connect Meta Lead Ads — Integrations → Meta Lead Ads (optional; real estate setup guide)

First actions

  • 5. Add a lead — Leads → Add Lead (/dashboard/leads/new)
  • 6. Create a lead capture form — Forms → New form (optional; recommended for real estate)
  • 7. Schedule a meeting — Schedule → + → Meeting (/dashboard/calendar?create=meeting)
  • 8. Send your first message — Inbox → compose (/dashboard/inbox?compose=1)
  • 9. Create a task — Schedule → + → Task (/dashboard/calendar?create=task)

Activation milestones

Real estate brokerage: first form submission → lead assigned → cadence step sent.

B2B sales: first lead → first cadence enrollment or inbox reply.

Common issues

  • Compose is disabled — connect email on Pro, or use a workspace default sender if your admin configured one
  • Listings missing — confirm workspace industry is real estate during onboarding
  • Checklist hidden — reopen from Dashboard; you can dismiss it anytime
