- Alternative to native Phone & SMS (Telnyx) for some call flows
Connect CloudTalk
- Integrations → CloudTalk — /dashboard/integrations/cloudtalk
- Enter API credentials from your CloudTalk admin
- Map users to CloudTalk agents as prompted
Common issues
- Integration not visible — contact admin; feature may be super-admin gated
- Calls not logging — verify agent mapping and API key permissions
