Before you begin

  • CloudTalk may be visible only when enabled for your workspace
  • Alternative to native Phone & SMS (Telnyx) for some call flows

Connect CloudTalk

  • Integrations → CloudTalk — /dashboard/integrations/cloudtalk
  • Enter API credentials from your CloudTalk admin
  • Map users to CloudTalk agents as prompted

Common issues

  • Integration not visible — contact admin; feature may be super-admin gated
  • Calls not logging — verify agent mapping and API key permissions
