Meta Lead Ads

Ingest Facebook and Instagram Lead Ad submissions into CRM with form mapping and automation.

Before you begin

  • Facebook Page admin access on the account you connect
  • Production Meta app needs leads_retrieval approved

Connect Meta Lead Ads

  • Integrations → Meta Lead Ads — /dashboard/integrations/meta-lead-ads
  • Click Connect Facebook Pages
  • OAuth connects every Page you admin; leadgen webhooks subscribe automatically

Map instant forms

  • Expand Map forms on a connected Page
  • Buyer preset — RE buyer ads (budget, timeline, pre-approval)
  • Seller preset — seller / listing ads
  • Generic — name, email, phone, notes
  • Unmapped forms go to Review queue until mapped

Automation rules

  • Override form-default cadence or assignee per ad, ad set, or campaign
  • Resolution order: ad → ad set → campaign → form default
  • Options populate after leads arrive from those ads

Power dialer auto-queue

  • Enable auto-add to power dialer queue on ingest per form or rule
  • Assignee must have active power dial session
  • Lead needs dialable phone and must not be on do-not-call

Review queue

  • Leads queue when email/phone missing, validation fails, or form unmapped
  • Fix fields, then Release to CRM or Dismiss spam

Common issues

  • Webhook failures — disconnect Page and reconnect
  • No leads — confirm ad uses Meta instant form and Page is subscribed
  • Auto-queue skipped — check ingest note on lead for reason
