  • Sidebar **Campaigns** (/dashboard/campaigns) — pick Email or SMS
  • Email campaigns list — /dashboard/email-campaigns
  • SMS broadcast — /dashboard/sms

Campaigns vs Inbox

  • Inbox — 1:1 conversations synced from your mailbox
  • Campaigns — scheduled one-to-many sends with list metrics
  • Use campaigns for newsletters and announcements; cadences for per-lead sequences

Create email campaign

  • Campaigns → Email → New campaign
  • Select lead segment or filter
  • Schedule send; review metrics on campaign detail
