Before you begin

A/B tests live on cadence template email steps. Only change one dimension per test.

What to test

  • Subject line only
  • Opening line only
  • CTA only — not all three at once

Decision rule

Avoid false winners

Keep both variants running until you have enough replies to reduce random swings. Do not end tests after a handful of sends.

After the winner

  • Apply winning copy to the main template
  • Archive the losing variant for reference
