Send a compliant SMS broadcast to a verified audience with consent and credit checks.

Create the campaign

  • Open Campaigns, then choose SMS, or go to Bulk SMS.
  • Choose the sending number.
  • Select recipients from a saved segment or filters.
  • Write the message and review character count.

After sending

  • Check delivered, failed, and queued recipients.
  • Open replies in SMS Inbox.
  • Remove or update recipients with opt-out responses.
