Open Dialer

Open Dialer from the sidebar. If you see a setup or upgrade state, confirm Phone & SMS connection, line assignment, and plan access.

Dialer modes

  • Keypad: place one-off calls.
  • Power Dialer: call through a queue one record at a time.
  • Parallel Dialer: call multiple lines with extra safety settings.
  • Call history: review recordings, transcripts, summaries, and outcomes.

Before calling

  • Confirm your outbound number.
  • Check local quiet hours and do-not-call flags.
  • Open the contact or lead summary before starting a call block.
  • Use a consistent outcome after each call.
