Manage opportunities, revenue, stages, table view, board view, and linked work.

Before you begin

Deals represent revenue opportunities. They usually link to a Contact or Lead and move through deal stages until closed won or closed lost.

Use Deals

  • Open Deals from the sidebar
  • Use table view to scan amount, owner, stage, and close date
  • Use board view to move deals by stage
  • Open a deal detail page for notes, meetings, tasks, and linked records

What you should see

Each deal should have an owner, stage, amount, close date, and linked person or account so forecasting and follow-up are useful.

Common issues

  • Deal missing — clear filters and smart queues
  • Amount missing — update required revenue fields
  • No linked person — connect the deal to a Contact or Lead
