- Create a listing inquiry form
- Know the listingPublicId for each property page
Use listingPublicId
- Open listing detail
- Create or copy inquiry form embed
- Pass listingPublicId on the property page
- Submit a test inquiry
- Confirm the Contact links to the listing
What you should see
A listing inquiry should create or merge a Contact, set source context, and link the Contact to the correct listing.
Common issues
- Wrong listing linked — verify listingPublicId
- Inquiry not linked — check embed snippet and default listing
- Form hidden — confirm website embed and form publish status
