Before you begin

  • Open a form detail page
  • Review assignee, cadence, enrichment, verification, and consent settings
  • Make sure the cadence template is active before attaching it

Automation settings

  • Assignee — who owns new submissions
  • Cadence on submit — which follow-up sequence starts
  • Auto-enrich — fills data when credits are available
  • Auto-verify — checks email or phone when configured
  • Default listing — links real estate submissions to one property

What you should see

New submissions should route to the right owner and start only the automations that are eligible for the record, consent state, and available credits.

Common issues

  • Cadence did not start — check template status, assignee, consent, and eligibility
  • SMS skipped — consent was not checked or phone is invalid
  • Enrich skipped — credits may be exhausted
