Before you begin

Public forms are designed for customers, buyers, sellers, open-house visitors, or website prospects. They should be simple, trustworthy, and mobile-friendly.

Customer flow

  • Open hosted form URL
  • Enter required contact information
  • Accept marketing consent when shown
  • Submit
  • Review thank-you or success state

What you should see

A successful submission should create or merge a Contact or Lead and show a thank-you state to the customer.

Common issues

  • Submit button disabled — required fields or consent may be missing
  • Form unavailable — form may be inactive, deleted, or unpublished
  • Submission spinner stuck — retry and check troubleshooting
