Before you begin

AI Mode filters the current Contacts or Leads list. It is not the same as global search or Flow chat.

Example prompts

  • assigned to Sarah
  • no activity in the last 30 days
  • opened an email last week
  • new Meta contacts from this month
  • real estate contacts interested in a showing
  • leads in Negotiation stage

What you should see

The list should update to records matching the prompt, and the filters or URL should reflect the generated filter where supported.

Common issues

  • Prompt too broad — include owner, source, date, stage, or activity
  • Wrong label — use Contacts in real estate workspaces and Leads elsewhere
  • AI Mode unavailable — your workspace or plan may not have it enabled
