Before you begin
Smart queues are system-defined views. They are different from saved groups because Flowforce updates them based on activity and record state.

Common queues
- All records — everything you can access
- Suggested prospects — records Flowforce thinks are worth attention
- Stale or no activity — records that need follow-up
- Hot uncontacted — high-intent records that have not been contacted
- Recently created — new records from forms, imports, Meta, or manual add

What you should see
Selecting a queue should narrow the list to the records that match the queue rule. Clearing the queue should return you to your previous list or all records.
Common issues
- Queue empty — no records currently match that condition
- Queue does not match expectation — check filters and ownership
- Too many records — combine the queue with owner, source, or date filters
