Bulk import properties and review mapping, history, and failed rows.

Before you begin

  • Export a clean CSV from MLS or a spreadsheet
  • Admin or listings import permission required
  • Use consistent address and status values

Import steps

  • Open Listings import
  • Upload CSV
  • Map address, price, status, owner, and property fields
  • Review preview and errors
  • Confirm import

What you should see

Imported listings should appear in Listings with mapped status and owner. Failed rows should explain which fields need correction.

Common issues

  • Address not recognized — clean address columns
  • Wrong owner — map owner email, not display name
  • Duplicates — search before re-importing
