Before you begin

Listings appear for real estate workspaces. They connect properties to Contacts, inquiries, showings, forms, and deals.

Use Listings

  • Open Listings from the sidebar
  • Search by address or status
  • Use smart queues for attention lists
  • Open a listing detail page
  • Link Contacts, showings, forms, and deals

What you should see

Each listing should show its current status, related inquiries, upcoming showings, and connected pipeline work.

Common issues

  • Listings missing — confirm real estate workspace industry
  • Property not visible — clear filters and archived status
  • Inquiry not linked — verify listingPublicId or default listing
