Funnel stages

  • Submissions — total completions
  • Contacted — linked record received call, email, or SMS
  • Meetings — meeting logged or scheduled
  • Deals — deal created or closed from linked record

What you should see

The funnel should show whether a form produces reachable people and whether the team is following up quickly enough.

Common issues

  • No contacted count — reps may not be logging calls or linking conversations
  • Meeting count missing — ensure meetings are linked to records
  • Deal count low — compare with source quality and follow-up timing
