Before you begin
- Create an open house form
- Set default listing if the event is for one property
- Test the form on the event tablet
Set up kiosk mode
- Open the form share panel
- Copy the kiosk link with ?kiosk=1
- Open it on a tablet
- Use full-screen browser mode
- Test one submission before visitors arrive
What you should see
After each visitor submits, Flowforce should create or merge a Contact, link the form source, and reset the kiosk for the next visitor.
Common issues
- Tablet sleeps — adjust device settings before the event
- Wrong listing — set the default listing in form settings
- Follow-up missing — check assignee and cadence on submit
