Steps
- Open listing detail (/dashboard/listings/[id])
- Showings section → **Request**
- Pick contact, time, and in-person vs virtual
- Confirm — meeting appears on Schedule and lead timeline
Common issues
- No linked contact — link or create lead from listing detail first
- Wrong address on in-person tour — verify listing address fields
