Billing and credits

View your plan, credit balance, auto-recharge, top-ups, and billing history at /dashboard/billing.

Before you begin

  • Billing admins (workspace admins) manage plan changes and card payments
  • Reps can view usage but may see a read-only message if billing is handled centrally
  • Credits are in CAD per billing period — usage draws from the pool until exhausted

Open Billing

  • Profile menu → Billing or /dashboard/billing
  • See current plan, billing period, seats (Pro), and credit usage
  • Low-balance banner appears when you approach your period limit

Credits and usage

  • Included credits refresh each billing period (Free: $5; Pro: $14.98 per seat)
  • Voice, SMS, AI, email verification, and enrichment consume credits at published rates
  • Auto-recharge can top up when balance drops below a threshold (billing admins)
  • Pay with card for one-time credit packs when Stripe billing is enabled

Plan changes

  • Upgrade — /dashboard/upgrade or Upgrade on the Billing page
  • Manage subscription — opens Stripe customer portal (cancel, payment method, invoices)
  • Downgrade impact preview warns about seat limits and feature gates before you confirm

What happens next

  • After upgrade, Pro features unlock immediately (own mailbox, power dialer, team seats)
  • Usage blocked when credits hit zero — add credits or wait for next period

Common issues

  • Cannot add credits — confirm you are a billing admin and Stripe is configured
  • Credits exhausted — see /docs/settings/plans-and-limits/ and add a top-up
  • Wrong seat count — adjust seats in the billing portal or contact support
