Email monitoring

Admin dashboard for outbound queue health, delivery stats, and manual queue processing.

Before you begin

  • Tenant admins only — /dashboard/settings/email-monitoring
  • Used when diagnosing cadence or campaign delivery issues

What you see

  • Queue depth — pending, processing, failed sends
  • Delivery metrics — sent, bounced, complained over recent windows
  • Auto-refresh every 30 seconds

Process queue

  • Manual Process queue button retries pending outbound mail
  • Use after fixing DNS, domain, or Mailgun configuration
  • Watch failed count — investigate bounces in Admin → Logs if failures persist

When to use

  • Cadence emails stuck in queued state
  • Post-incident verification after provider outage
  • Coaching reps after deliverability changes

Common issues

  • High failed rate — verify sending domain and SPF/DKIM in Integrations → Email
  • Queue not draining — check cron health in Admin → Logs → Cron
  • Stats won't load — admin role required; refresh or contact support
