What you see
- Queue depth — pending, processing, failed sends
- Delivery metrics — sent, bounced, complained over recent windows
- Auto-refresh every 30 seconds
Process queue
- Manual Process queue button retries pending outbound mail
- Use after fixing DNS, domain, or Mailgun configuration
- Watch failed count — investigate bounces in Admin → Logs if failures persist
When to use
- Cadence emails stuck in queued state
- Post-incident verification after provider outage
- Coaching reps after deliverability changes
Common issues
- High failed rate — verify sending domain and SPF/DKIM in Integrations → Email
- Queue not draining — check cron health in Admin → Logs → Cron
- Stats won't load — admin role required; refresh or contact support
