Notifications

Email, in-app, and SMS alerts for leads, tasks, inbox, calls, and security events.

Open notification settings

  • Settings → Notifications tab or /dashboard/settings/notifications
  • Each user controls their own preferences

Lead and deal alerts

  • New lead assigned, stage changes, deal updates
  • Choose email, in-app, or both per event type

Tasks and inbox

  • Task assigned, due soon, overdue, completed
  • Unreplied email alerts (2 days, 4 days, 1 week, 2 weeks)
  • Daily inbox summary — one email when you have unread messages

SMS and phone

  • SMS received — inbound text to your business line
  • Missed call and voicemail — requires Phone & SMS integration

Account and security

  • Login notifications for new device sign-ins
  • Manage preferences link appears in system emails

Common issues

  • Not receiving emails — check spam; confirm the event type is enabled
  • Too many alerts — disable lower-priority types or unreplied-email intervals
  • SMS alerts missing — enable SMS_RECEIVED and confirm line assignment
