Booking reminders
- Email reminders — 24 hours before (booker, host, invitees)
- SMS reminders — to booker when you have a matching SMS number (uses credits)
- Toggle each channel independently
Meeting Assistant
When enabled, recordings and AI summaries may use credits. Configure recording defaults in the same settings area.
Common issues
- Wrong video link — check default provider and integration connection
- SMS reminder skipped — no SMS number for booker country or insufficient credits
- Booking page 404 — rep must publish availability and have a valid booking slug
