Common causes
- Credits exhausted
- Lead missing minimum fields (company, name)
- Role lacks enrich permission
- Rate limit or provider timeout
Fix
- Add credits on Billing page
- Fill company and contact fields before enrich
- Retry once; check lead timeline for error detail
- Ask admin for AI/enrich permissions on custom role
