Symptom
- Booking email has wrong video provider
- CRM meeting shows unexpected join URL
Common causes
- Default provider in Settings → Meetings not updated
- Zoom/Teams integration not connected
- Per-meeting override picked different provider
- Calendly primary conflicts with native calendar
Fix
- Settings → Meetings — set primary video provider
- Connect Zoom or Microsoft Teams under Integrations
- When scheduling activity, pick provider explicitly
- Review calendar stack — avoid duplicate write-back
