Inbox empty

No email threads appear after connecting mailbox.

Symptom

  • Inbox queues show zero threads
  • Compose works but no history syncs

Common causes

  • Email not connected — Integrations → Email Integration
  • Pro required for own Gmail/Outlook mailbox
  • Initial sync still running (wait a few minutes)
  • Wrong mailbox connected
  • OAuth token expired

Fix

  • Integrations → Email — reconnect OAuth
  • Confirm Pro plan if connecting personal mailbox
  • Refresh Inbox; check correct account under integration detail
  • Send a test email to yourself and wait for sync
