Symptom
- Inbox queues show zero threads
- Compose works but no history syncs
Common causes
- Email not connected — Integrations → Email Integration
- Pro required for own Gmail/Outlook mailbox
- Initial sync still running (wait a few minutes)
- Wrong mailbox connected
- OAuth token expired
Fix
- Integrations → Email — reconnect OAuth
- Confirm Pro plan if connecting personal mailbox
- Refresh Inbox; check correct account under integration detail
- Send a test email to yourself and wait for sync
