Before you begin

Some work continues after you leave a page: imports, email sync, campaign sends, enrichment, verification, and automation processing.

Where progress appears

  • Header progress indicator when a job is active
  • Import history pages for CSV work
  • Campaign or cadence queues for send progress
  • Admin logs for operational details when available

What you should see

A running job should show progress, then move to a completed, failed, or partially completed state with enough information to decide the next step.

Common issues

  • Job appears stuck — refresh and check the relevant history or logs page
  • Partial failure — download or review failed rows before retrying
  • No progress visible — the job may be too small, already finished, or not available to your role
